i ORDERED groceries on 02 06 2020 for Rs 1100 and odd since the item were not delivered I cancelled the order in the last week of JUNE 2020 i had been in correspondence with the firm through mail almost every week for last ten days THOIUGH i have received SMS that the refund will be done in 24 hours I have received 3 such messages nothing is done I am a SENIOR CITIZEN OF 72 YEARS please instruct the firm and pass such order that the company will not indulge in such tactics especially with seniors please let me know the reqwuirements if any for your perusal |
