I orderee the vans shoe from paytm, i got the wrong size,when i got shoe i put immediately a exchange request for right size, the delivery boy take away the shoes, after some days i got the messages that your order has been cancelled but there is no refund yet. The whole process done in the month of october but still i didn’t recieve my refund yet. i paid 3999 at the time of order online, i got 2799 cash back when i got the shoe, but still waiting for refund of 1200rs.
