I Had Ordered 2 Items Worth ₹884.15 On 1st Jan, 2021 At 11.05 AM From Cafe Coffee Day, Jubilee Hills Via The Zomato App. Later I Was Informed By The CCD Manager That 1 Of The Items Is Not Available Hence He’ll Be Delivering Only The Other Remaining Item For Which Zomato Issued Me A Partial Refund Of ₹442 On The Same Day. After 90mins Or So The Order Was Completely Cancelled By Cafe Coffee Day Without Any Prior Information. For Which I Reached Out To Zomato Customer Care Support On The Same Day. Now Presently On Day 8 From The Initial Order I Haven’t Received My Remaining Refund Amount Of ₹442 Even After Multiple In-App Complaints And Mails. Kindly Help.
