I booked the flight from Travolook on 21st of January 2022 from Mumbai REF668648975. The money Rs. 5225 got debited but the flight ticket got cancelled immediately from the website end. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 7-10 days but it has been more than 2months now, still there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless and mental harassment ascent, as it is my hard earn money.
