I had ordered a casual shirt for my wife which was not upto mark .I raised a return order for 11 May 22 but guy who is suppose to pick up order called me once while i was driving and cut the phone and also mentioned in amazon that the price tag not available.I raised a complain and again applied for return for 14 May 22 .Again the delivery boy didn’t even called and in afternoon when i checked updates it was mentioned that the package is not ready . When i called customer care they said sir we again put up the return order . When i asked why they are making false accusations that order was not ready from my side or proce tag not available then they had no answer . When i asked from them about previous complain they had no answer . The price is not a big amount but the false accusations against a customer is not right .
