Amazon charged me Rs. 150 extra on a speaker product for next day delivery. The product arrived 3 days late and in a damaged condition. I had to go for replacement which again took 3-4 days. They never returned the extra charge of Rs. 150. The customer service executive confirmed that it will be refunded in Amazon pay balance but I never received the money and in a recent call I understood that they never took any action for this.
