I have paid for an order using Amazon pay later. Later I cancelled the order on 23rd April. Haven’t got any refund since. The refund amount is 488. Now they’re asking me to pay for the product as the credit cycle is ending on 5 th. I have been getting harassed by the customer care executives without any fruitful resolution.
