I had applied for loan from Paytm on 21.3.23 but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. I have complained to Paytm authorities and ABFL authorities (the lender bank) on numerous occasions but the Paytm authorities are saying that the loan amount has been disbursed on 21.3.23. i have also sent the bank statement but no fruitful reply is received. Further i have intimated to cancel the loan sanctioned because the purpose of loan is not required now. Paytm authorities are sending message that EMI will be deducted. The amount has not been credited to my bank account. Hence the loan sanctioned be cancelled
