I had purchased Realme Narzo Mobile phone and paid through online mode. The mobile was latter cancelled and returned back by the delivery agent in the month of June 2023, I was expecting a refund of the payment made by me, but nothing has come back to me, have been following up with the customer care number again and again but all efforts are in vain for last 2 months .Need some immediate help on this
