I had purchased some products on Flipkart in July 1st week by using a Gift Card and one item worth Rs 354 ( order id OD225328465119965000) was returned on July 4 and I got the following message from Flipkart on July 11.
We have completed your request for refund. ₹354.0 has been refunded to your Gift Card Wallet on Jul 11.
But the amount has not credited yet. I contacted Flipkart executives several times and they could not provide a solution, They asked me to write a mail to outreach@flipkart.com. I sent a mail to given ID on 26 July and again sent a reminder on 31 July, but did not get any revert. Today also I contacted Flipkart executive and they are saying to wait for another 3 days. It’s very sad that a consumer need to do this much follow up to get a refund of such a small amount . Request you to consider this case as negligence of corporate to meet their commitment towards customer.
