MakeMyTrip (MMT) is not transferring Rs 6566 from my MMT wallet to my bank account since 08th December, 2020 even after contacting them more than 50 times. Every time I contacted them they are saying refund initiated and then after few days they are saying refund will be initiated within 2 days. This is happening again again and they have not refunded my money since 08th December, 2020. I will get this money for my cancelled flight ticket in March, 2020. I am completely frustrated with harassments from them. I paid Rs 14716 to MMT for my Kolkata to Delhi and return trip with AirAsia and Indigo. AirAsia directly refunded Rs 6398 to my bank account. Indigo paid Rs 6566 to MMT as credit transfer. But MMT cheating me by not transferring Rs 6566 to my bank account although they have removed Rs 6556 credit balance from my MMT wallet. The booking id for this trip is NF79164270605312.
