I had ordered by my order id no. 5217785124 on 4th october, 2023. I had successfully applied the promo code PAYTMFEAST. But i did not reveive any cashback. And zomato has not left any option to chat with any executive. You just have the option to select from the pre determined answers by zomato and rate the chat at last. That’s it.
