Text of Complaint by Sakshi Agrawal:

I have ordered one dress worth Rs 3200 from nyka fashion . It was delivered on 2nd sept and I raised return request on 4th sept. It got approved and it’s now 12th of sept, they are not picking up the order. I am going to travel and I have mailed this to the concerned team to pick the courier by 14th and have called them several time . Everytime they are just telling that courier will be picked up by today. On asking to give a written confirmation , they are denying. Not providing any solution. They just want me to forget my 3200Rs. They are not even transferring call to the senior manager. I have all the screenshots and call recording.
