I had initiated a withdrawal request for INR 50000, INR 49000 and INR 48000 on 06 April 2024. The withdrawal is shown as completed by operator but I have not received the amounts in my bank account till date.
I have made various queries through email and customer chat support also but to no avail till date.
I was asked to send bank statement in pdf format, which i promptly did. Then I was asked to enquire with my receiving Bank, which I did and the Bank confirmed that no such transaction have been received nor pending in my receiving bank account. The problem is with the payment bank account i.e. the company (1xbet) bank account .
The withdrawal reference no are below:
Ref No. 2287300393 for INR 50000
Ref No. 2287301241 for INR 49000
Ref No. 2287302183 for INR 48000
Updated Bank statements were emailed to them from time to time. The latest Bank statement for period from 06 April 2024 to 20 April 2024 was sent to their email.
The company refusal to acknowledge the problem in their payment side and the deliberate non transfer of withdrawal amount to my account created doubt in their mode of conducting business. Has 1xbet defrauded me? Is 1xbet scamming its customer by not paying thwir withdrawal amount?
The authority is requested to look into the matter and take appropriate actions against 1xbet.
Please note these Rdf. Ids and these are used in windfall games ..please raise dispute against this user first and block his saving account.
Then take action on 1x bet
Moreover on these kind of cases , take legal action against the banks also….

Ref No. 2287302183 for INR 48000) are still pending, since that you have to wait for a message from the app (in transaction history) that your payments are approved. It can take some time, though. It your withdrawals are not credited after message from the app – please contact us one more time.
