My HDFC fastag of vehicle no. HR19R7850 is not working at toll tax plaza it shows blacklisted. I have raised various complaints to resolve the issue but not resolved till date. Every time customer care executive told me for wait but its about 20 days my complaint is not resolved till date. Now I want to request to please get it solved on priority cause I have to pay double on every toll plaza.
