Nurserylive has scammed many customers as per the complaints of many based on customers posting social media sites(twitter, IG etc). They do not have a contact information ( phone, email) on their site for customers to reach them for complaints. They do not offer cancellation nor refund. They only offer pre-paid service, hence this gives them the opportunity to scam customers by taking orders but not fulfilling the orders. I request that an action should be taken against this e-com business.

I’m also facing problem with nurserylive, they are doing misleading marking offer . free 6 plants but they share no information about this free plant campaign. when you make order and pay amount they will ask you for share 8 contacts. i have share referral contact also now they are saying those 8 contact also have to share their 8 referrals. fraud website.
I’m waiting for my order deadline if they won’t take action I’ll definitely file complain against them on platform of NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE APPLICATION and file Consumer Grievance report
