Text of Complaint by Hozaifa Uzair:

I am writing this mail in an exasperate condition. As, I have been consistent to Amazon since last four years, but never seen such reckless services by the team.
Query stands for order #403-2578358-7501925 got placed on 29/10/20 in replacement of another order #403-0970300-2263558. Though, seems unusual placing order twice on a single item.
Hence, it’s all started when I placed my first order #403-0970300-2263558 on 27/10/20 with guaranteed delivery by 29/10/20. But, due to some unforeseen issue stated by the Customer executive it’s been delayed and was supposed to deliver by 31/10/20. Then, I have been requested to cancel the order and place the new one to get the delivery on time.
Well, did exactly same and placed new one with order I’d #403-2578358-7501925 with guarantee delivery by 30/10/20, and here what makes me displeased, another unforseen issue have shown delay in delivery. It’s all happen when I am dominant to my office works, which is in pending just due to my Laptop/system Hard disk crash. Which i was supposed to get replaced by the item (SSD) ordered.
So, I just have two questions:
1) Do you guys losing reliability towards your customers?
2) Does this mean, rather I can get better marketplace?
In a short I have paid twice for a single item, which still in awaited to be deliver. Wasn’t it be easy to pay single handedly in the retail market and get the item immediately?
 
Executive assuring item is to be delivered by today, though it’s not out for delivery yet. ( Kinda, joking statement).
