Hi, I placed an order for 3 sets of mobile covers at Rs.199 each(Rs.597). There were 2 orders made. First order, no : 23727 consisted of 2 set of mobile covers at Rs.199 each(Rs.398) was placed on 01.01.2019 at 07.01 PM and the payment was made through Paytm gateway. The second order, no : 24940 consisted of 1 set of mobile covers at Rs.199 was placed on 03.01.2019 at 10.00 PM and the payment was made through my debit card. I received a confirmation mail from them after placing my order. On 04.01.2019 I received a shipping mail for the order 24940 and on 05.01.2019 I received a shipping mail for order 23727 also. But, there were no information on my product tracking nor delivery of the product. There were no contact information provided on the website except for an email address. So when I sent them a mail regarding my delivery of the product there was no response from them. When I made a Google search I got a few contact numbers of their company and contacted them. When I contacted them through the numbers. I was said the system got crashed totally we can refund the amount tell me your card details, they asked for my credit card last 4 digits number, OTP and my CVV number. I got panicked and disconnected the call. I am cheated.  For your reference I have attached the screenshots of the order confirmation mail from them. Please help me resolve this issue soon. Thanks.
