I have ordered one premium set of shirt & pant from THRD Store from Vellore which they shipped via Amazon shipping through their tracking number 361961267780
At the time of arrival of the parcel I could not take the call of delivery person because I was boarding the train in another city at the same time. He did not give it to my family but marked it as delivered on 20th July. Since then, I am following it regularly with Amazon customer care, but they are only giving blank assurance, and no action has been taken yet. I have already sent them five complaints via email & no action has been taken.
