Text of Complaint by Mohammed Kaleem:

I had placed an order in Zomato at Restaurant NOTO – Healthy ice cream with order Id 5163365341.
I was supposed to receive the order at 9:34 but I got delayed then after sometime I tried reaching out to the the customer care executive, they said it will be delivered in 5 mims, 10 mins, 12 mins, 15 mins etc.
Then further after continuously requesting them to resolve this issue they were saying the same thing so I was told I will recieve the order but it didn’t deliver, I was awake till 3 but didn’t get the order.
Then when I woke in the morning I see that in the app it shows it has been delivered but I have not received the order.
I have faced financial losses along with losses of precious time & faced emotional stress.
I need to justice for this , pls help.
