Text of Complaint by Farazi Ahmed:

I had ordered three products ( two sweaters and a PJ set) on 22nd December, 2021.i got my order and payment confirmation e-mail from help@foxwoodclothing.com.It looked like a genuine website with an Instagram page, too. I have been trying to mail them but in vain.
