I have ordered a product which is ATOZ Home APPLIANCES MS Barbeque Grill Charcoal (36x15x12) from amazon.in on 22nd December 2022 and delivery date was shown as 24 th December 2027 . 5 years for product to be delivered ; Hence i requested cs agents to cancel the same and initiate the refund. However till today 2nd Jan nothing as such has been done neither product has been cancelled nor refund has be given and every time i contact the cs agents ; they just provide me with a complaint no or reference I’d and tend to say me to wait for 3-5 days and no resolution has been provided till date . Even as mentioned by them I have also tried to check with seller and there is no response from seller as well . Now none of the two i.e, amazon nor seller has been providing me with any resolution or valid justification on the issue . Order I’d details :
