Recently i had ordered pedigree dog food from Amazon on 3rd of November and i didn’t get the delivery till 5th of November. I called them and was informed that my package is damaged. I need to reorder. While i am still awaiting for my refund i reordered a new dog food which did get delivered to me upon the promised delivery schedule. On calling multiple time to their customer services, one person named Rishab/Rushab kept me on hold for almost 20mins and didn’t come back. Another one transferred the call to the escalations team and someone named Divya told me that she assures that the product will be delivered by 8th. I did receive the product on 8th and again called them and was promised delivery by 9th and when I didn’t receive the product on 9th i called Amazon and was told that the product is cancelled and they have reordered the product and it will be delivered by 11th. Still awaiting for my old refund and the new product’s delivery.
