Non-delivery of order and rejection of exchange device

Hi,
I had placed an order on Flipkart for mobile phone for Rs 8099/- on 18th Aug along with exchange for my old phone.
Their delivery agent arrived on 19th of Aug, inspected the exchange device, took some pictures and told me that he doesn’t have the expertise to decide whether the phone is eligible for exchange or not and someone else will come the next day to deliver the order. No one came for next 5 days and today again the same delivery person came and refused to pick up the exchange device. Upon asking the reason he said his senior had asked him to do so. No other explanation was provided.

The exchange device doesn’t have any of the issues mentioned under the rejection criteria of their exchange policy.

Issues leading to rejection in exchange as per their policy:-
Phone does not switch on.
Brand/model is different from what is mentioned.
Screen lock or iCloud lock (Apple phones) are not disabled.
IMEI, on dialing *#06#, does not match.

I have reached out to Flipkart and also provided them the pictures of the phone proving the same but haven’t got a response from them yet.

They have already help up my order by 6 days. Need them to provide an ETA and deliver the order asap.
