Text of Complaint by Chayanika Kutum:

I had ordered curtains from Amazon but I have not received while it is showing delivered. Had raised multiple queries about this on the helpline but every time they will either transfer the call or say that they will investigate and call you. But now after 10-15 days they are saying we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
