Text of Complaint by Puja Bharti:

I had ordered a product named ‘ 9 Years Topic Wise UPSC cibil Services IAS Mains Solved Papers (2022 to 2013) for Paper B (Compulsory English), Paper I (Essay), & Paper II – V (General Studies Papers 1 to 4) 3rd Edition‘ from Amazon app on 31st July. The delivery was attempted to me on 6th of August but due to some technical issues on my phone that day, the delivery agent couldn’t contact me. When I contacted the agent in the evening, he talked to me rudely and said that he had returned my order that very day. He didn’t attempt the delivery the second day. After that I kept checking the updates, it showed that the order was delivered on 10th of August,2022 in Jhansi. Clearly, they have delivered it at a wrong location in a different state altogether. When I contacted the customer care, they assured me that it would reach me by 13th August. It didn’t. Again I contacted, they again registered a fresh complaint and I was assured that the product will be delivered to me by 18th August and infact before that date. They had promised me to contact me in 17th August noon. They didn’t. I contacted the customer care, Again! They again said there is no earlier complaint on the issue and they are registering it afresh.
I am having a lot of inconvenience regarding the product delivery. I had my plans as per which I had ordered the product. Now the customer care service is saying that the seller would contact me by 19th of August, 2022. Refund is not an issue for me at the first step. I am concerned about the product which I was expecting by 6/7 of August this year. I had planned my studies as per that.
I am frustrated with the kind of response they are giving to me for such an important issue. Refund can’t do the damage control. Clearly, Amazon has been fooling me since the first complaint only.
