I have booked mobile of mi note 11x 5G under festival sale, with exchange of my old phone mi note 7 pro for Rs 9160. Remaining amount i have with credit card. But when mobile reached at my location delivery boy called me, so i asked him to pick up my old phone from my house next day, but he did not pick up and not even took my call, when I asked with Amazon customer service they just informed me about refund of my amount but what about my exchange offer about which I will not get other than festive season offer. There is a loss of 7000 and frustation and due to this my mobile number not active so lost so my call by which I lost Rs 10000
