I had ordered a cake and gift item for my sisters birthday, the order was confirmed after a payment of ₹998/- with an order ID of BV23147148. But the product was never delivered, nor did the customer executive answer the call for any refund if the amount. I believe I have been trapped into fraudulent activity and cyber crime. It is causing a lot of mental anguish for me, kindly peruse the trouble.
