Text of Complaint by Subhashree Sahoo:

I have ordered two casserole with order id 142096587993_1 on 5th january, 2024. I have received one item and the same was refunded for which the refund amount of INR 352 was received on 11th January 2024. The other item (second casserole) has not been received till date. For the undelivered item I have raised complaints on customer care and through chat conversation. The customer care informed that it has been escalated to the senior team, however, nearly a week has elapsed but no refund or update has been received. Today when I contacted the customer care again, it was informed that the 7 days timeline is over and they cannot raise any complaint. I informed categorically that I have not received the product then how come this timeline has started but the executive said that they cannot help much about it as the timeline has already elapsed . Also, it was informed that there has been no complaint raised earlier which is completely wrong and Meesho can check their log records for verifying the same.

The amount was paid on 5th January 2024 and has been lying with Meesho since then and there is no update on refund or delivery.
