I have been buying gold regularly in Paytm. I placed an order to take delivery of my 2gms Gold on 1st August 2021 (order number was 1415269708). The coin was not delivered stating the seller cancelled the order. A ticket was raised in the Paytm app for the same (ticket number 196102464). Even the same had been escalted to Grievance officer and received a ticket for the same (ticket number 196619425). But no is bothered.
