Text of Complaint by Anish Sebastian:

I ordered a pizza from zomato on 27-11-2022 at 7.23 pm (Order ID 4502280188), but it was not delivered till 9.00 pm; hence I cancelled the order. But now, in the zomato app, it seems that the order has been delivered. I enquired about the same with domino’s officials over the phone, and they informed me that the order was cancelled. I contacted zomato, and they informed me that they have registered a concern with Domino’s with Ticket id- 4422191. Till now I didn’t get the amount refunded. I request your good self to take the initiative to refund the amount of Rs. 432.45
I’m attaching here the order details and email communications.
Please do the needful.
