I had booked online order from swiggy on 13.11.20 at 8.30 pm but they didn’t deliver order after lapse of 2 hours. I called twice to customer care of swiggy at 9.45 and 10 pm but no positive response from swiggy they rudely behaved with me and unable to resolve the issue. They cancelled the order without my permission. I was very hungry and suffered mentally and physically a lot.
This is happened with me and may be happened with others also. To avoid happening of the same with others in future, strict action against swiggy must be taken.
