After ordering food for PNR number # 2259657699 , order number- 878809783, paying through UPI food was not delivered, hotel people or irctc did not even cared to call to regret. This is a serious committment issue.
Common people depend on irctc catering for providing food and they act like so careless.
Train number – 12156 departs from NZM station and train was there stationed at 20.00 hrs giving 40 minutes before departure, but still no one showed up.
Kindly take suitable action.
