While I placed the order for Netgear wifi range extender and black and Decker drilling machine, I was promised the express delivery on the very next day. However, the order is delayed and even after waiting for 2 days, the order is yet not delivered… This is not the 1st time the order is delayed, in past as well, the orders were delayed and everytime, the fixed response from customer care is they will drop and email to courier partner to get the order delivered at soon as possible but without any fixed time, despite of escalation, they still do not give promising responses. This is not the way to deal with such an old prime membership holder customer.
