have ordered grocery basket for 37 items on 24th July with expected delivery by 27th July using credit card, out of them i received only 10 items on 27th, and a message received regarding 27 items that they will be delivered on 30th July.,but it’s already 30 th crossed and I didn’t receive yet…no message, no updation of status and no proper response from staff..as a whole I am very disappointed with Flipkart service.
I choose online shopping due to shortage of time and faster service, but it’s a week since I ordered grocery basket but not received product.
At the end i want proper updation in my order status and message or call for delay reason and finally capital punishment(refund or compensation) as I have lost precious time waiting for order and dealing with delay delivery.
