With reference to above i was complained on 23 july regarding set up box which is not working and signals not found.at this time customer agent of dish tv told that your set up box has on warrenty so you need not pay any charges.this conversation was happend on 23 july night at 9 to 9.30 pm .when i was received call from techinician he told that your set box not avail any warrenty so you must pay charges.after that i was cantact senior executive of dish tv he also told you need not pay any charges.but again same story happend with me.due to this issue my complaint was not solved till now.i was mail to nodal office dish tv also. But not taken any action in this regard.after that dish tv deduct amount from my ac balance of dish tv day by day.when i was complained at that time my ac balance was 1201 but now it was 1137.
As per policy if we are not enjoying any service from dish tv why should balance was deducted.this is complete mental harassment nothing else.
So kindly look in to the matter most urgently as soon as possible.kindly reverse my balance and solve my problem most urgently and charge the penality for this type of arrogant service.
