I have ordered a American Tourister Kamilant trolley bag on 19 June 2022 vide order id 407-3199812-8239500 On amazon.in. The deal was available at a discounted price and same has not been delivered citing adverse conditions and significant weather in the delivery area. I am alongside being pestered to cancel the order and order a new product again at a higher cost than the deal. Alongside there has been a breach of trust and caused additional grievance as the product was not delivered before my scheduled travel thereby causing discomfort. After so, as on date the order is not delivered after 3 weeks and well past the deadline and multiple times escalation with the team at amazon.
