I had ordered 2 shorts for Rs.754/- on 06.07.20 at theluckymen.com online . I mailed him 3 times but they are not replying anything .

Raise a complaint on RAZORPAY site, or any other payment gateway like CCAVENUE.
Mention your order number and razorpay payment ID.
I have got my refund from RAZORPAY so am suggesting to all.
