Text of Complaint by Nishant Hadap:

I had placed order with order id OD226075584791731000 on 23 September 2022. Expected delivery date was 26 September 2022. The delivery did not happen on 26 September so I have raised an issue on 27 September. The customer care executive told me to wait till 1 October for the issue resolution and still the issue is not resolved. The customer care executive on call do not have any idea when will the issue get resolved, they are only extending the dates further. Now the date for resolution is promised as 8 October. When I requested one of your executive to cancel the order no proper solution was provided to me. I want my order to be delivered at the earliest else I want my refund money immediately.

  1. same issue i facing bro i orderd on 23th sep Promise date was 2nd oct still not delivered or not canceling order and date extending further
