Respected Sir,

I am a customer of amazon.com I had ordered multiple product from amazon on the amazon application which shows that if I am a prime customer my product will deliverd in one day with free shipment and I want that product at priority so I purchased amazon prime membership first then ordered next day for the product on 23/10/2020 according to amazon my product has to be reach to me yesterday on 24/10/2020. But after i ordered they said that my order had been reached to wrong faculy that’s why my order could not reach to me on time but they will try to deliver on time after that they provide me thier associates contact no with an otp but when i called him he said that he was on holiday and his working id was using by some other guy that why he cant help me out with that then i called amazon cutomer care they said that they dont know about that soo they cant help me out with that again. I tried soo many times to tell them how much important that product for me but noone even wants to listen what i want to tell them after that they shows that delivery attempted but i was not available thats why the order couldnt delivered to my address then again i called amazon cust care then they said we cant help you we will arrange the delivery for tommorow i was deny for that but he still done what he want to do after that he disconnect the call then on 25/10/2020 they provide me another associate number to ask for my product and when I tried to call him he said the same story that he is not the correct person whom I have to call and then again i called the cust care for the same they said they will raose complaints and stuff and at end the conclusion is same that i havnt recived my order from amazon
