I have brought a Suzuki Access Bike for rupees 71918 with EMI option for 24 months using RBL Credit Card from PAYTM MALL platform on 29th Feb 2020. The purchase amount is not converted into the EMI and RBL bank has generated bill of 71918 rupees to be paid on 1st April 2020.
I have been communicating to all the escalation levels of PAYTM team, but no resolution till date. And RBL credit card department too didn’t provided any resolution.
It is purely a case of irresponsibility from paytm because of which i have to pay the whole amount on April 1st 2020 which is not at all possible for me. If the EMI options was not available in PAYTM platform i would have never purchased the bike. Now i am trapped because of the mistake of PAYTM. Please help and help me to get justice.
