Text of Complaint by Mohamed Younous:

  1. Cancellation of pre-paid order, without my knowledge.
  2.  Not answering about my compliant registered to the customer service, 2 times before that order was cancelled.
  3. Delay for returning the payment made for that order to my bank, and refused by the customer service person, both representative and the Team leader to take my consideration, to transfer the amount to my Amazon Pay account, so that I used that amount to another order, I decided to make.
