I have a post paid connection from Vodafone, since almost 8 years. They also gave 2 post paid connection for my family members. The Vodafone executive came to my place for paper work and for delivery of sims. About 6 months ago my wife stopped using her post paid vodafone number. I made request for clouser of 1 post paid connection on their Vodafone local kiosk nearby. They told me to make request on customer care services telephonically. I made request many time but they keep assured me to close the connection. Not a single time they provide me any docket no. But each time the keep asking me to pay the bill, that too increases after each month.
Now for one month they keep calling me from 6 AM to 10 PM. Each time they simply rings me on my number and cut the call after hearing my voice.
Yesterday they blocked my Son’s Vodafone post paid connection. When contacted on customer care they bluntly ask for Rs 586 bill payment connection requested for the clouser.
