Sir;
Facing lots of problem to activate my Vodafone number 9649835288 since after migration from post paid to prepaid though documents were submitted to Vodafone store 27 sector Chandigarh on 20th September 2018.
2. Tried several times to contact Vodafone store on Mobile no 9888018029 /9988112722(manmeet Mam mob no) but all in vain .Even I have sent a text message in both numbers but no reply .
3. Even I have sent e mail to nodal. pun@vodafone.com stating all my complaints. (attached e mail copy) .
4.since iam central govt employee presently I’m in kolkata so I have approached Vodafone store barrackpore but they failed to assist me stating that the number is of Chandigarh regional.
5.vodafone store 27 sector given me wrong information stating that it is compulsory to convert my number from prepaid to postpaid when I lost the SIM in Jun 2018.
5.All e mail which I have sent to nodal.pun@vadafone.com and text msg which I have sent to Vodafone store is attached.
6.Requesting to help me to activate my number and actions taken by Vodafone company against the Vodafone store 27 sector who has given wrong information and cheated me.
