Text of Complaint by Vishal Pandey:

I received a call from vodafone sales person to get the my alternate nos ported post so that a family plan is created. They told me that I can add 3 to 5 mobile to my primary mobile no i.e. 9999086087. I asked them to add 3 mobile nos for which they said that the family plan will be of Rs. 899 (i.e. 4 connections 1 primary and 3 other nos)

Mobile nos which I got included in family plan are below:

  1. 9582786087 – (Ported from Airtel)
  2. 7777086087 – (Ported from Idea)
  3. 8586975186 – From Vodafone Prepaid to Postpaid)

Now I have received individual separate bills for my mobile 9582786087 and 7777086087 generated. I called the customer care many times, raised complain on email and also on customer care but no solution given. I had raised complaint on twitter also but no resolution. Outgoing and incoming calls for my mobile no 9582786087 and 7777086087 are barred. I was informed that the problem will be resolved in 24 hours many times, but till date no resolution. I raised first complaint on 28 April and its been more than 20 days there is no resolution. I had paid Rs. 400 for getting the mobile nos ported which I was told that the same will be adjusted to my family plan bill.

I want to port all my nos to Airtel.
