Text of Complaint by Vedant Salphale:

I have a smartwatch of Noise company. The battery of my watch was draining from 100 from 0 within 12 hours so I raised an online complaint on GoNoise website with ticket number 2067239 on 12/09/2023 for which they arranged a reverse pickup and delivered my watch back on 25/09/2023. Since the issue was not resolved, I raised another complaint the next day on 26/09/2023 with ticket number 2147682 which they delivered on 14/10/2023 but still after using for 2 days I found that the battery is draining within 12 hours without any usage. Today when I raised a complaint and called the customer care, they are citing that the warranty has expired as my purchase date is 26/09/2022. Even after assurance from them in the 2nd complaint itself, my issue has not been resolved. I raised 2 complaints in the warranty period which were not resolved and now the company is saying that I have to pay for the repair charges. I request a replacement of my watch or a compensation for the same.

Hi Noise Team, as you now I have given my watch to replace on 22/9/2023 at your indore service center and I have asked many time when my watch will come to call on your given customer care number then I got reply from that you watch in wirehouse we will update you when your watch will come but again and again I got same reply from your side then you tolds me to create online ticket for that so last 18oct

    Your ticket ID is 2232803 i have created the online ticket related to this issue in which I putted the job sheet and the invoice of my watch and I called you again to your customer care number and the situation is same you told me we need to check the watch is in wirehouse or not what service you are providing to your customer one month is going on I have done offline and online both complient but you don’t have ans when my watch will come and where is my watch.
    And then you told me your problem will resloved with in 10 to 15 days but after 10 to 15 days problem not resolved then today I called your customer care then I got update you don’t have that watch model so why you making fool to customer if you don’t have that watch model in your center i know from starting you don’t have this watch model but you making fool to customer and I know you are making fool to other customers to I saw your thread in which lots of customer saying same thing if customer call your service center then they told you need to talk noise customer care.if customer call you then he always got reply your problem will resloved. 10 to 15 days.and your manger not come on to the call to listen the customer problem.according to your policy the problem will be resolved with in 15 days but you take 2 month and problem is same.
