Hi
My parents are senior citizens and age above >70 years and travel from Mumbai to Jaipur in 12955 train number and there is no water in washroom and I have tweet to railway but theses guys are playing with the concern. Both Jaipur and kota DRMs are not ready to work. Pls help to provide strict action to the defaulter and arrange benefits to my parents. Thanks
