I ordered a particular vegetarian pizza from a restaurant called Grill Master’s. It was supposed to have toppings like paneer and mushroom and also a special garlic sauce. The pizza that was delivered had none of these toppings and only had other basic toppings. I raised a complaint through Zomato, and the resolution that the customer care provided was simply that they will do better in the future. The pizza costed me an extra 100 rupees because of the toppings.
I got the same response from their complaint support over email. It is post that I have decided to take action through this forum.
