Customer care service for Daikin is extremely poor. I am already facing service issues with Daikin since last 1 month, completely unresponsive, After multiple followups and call to area manager , no solution provided, also didn’t get any response on mail as well as, please check attached video!
We always found your service as per required standards, but this order contains defective pieces. at the time of installation on dated 14th April electrician installed my AC and assured us that product will not cause any problem, on the next they I have faced cooling issue, I called your office to ask someone for help and they assured me they would send someone to fix the problem. No one has come to see the problem , after 12 days of my request I didn’t get any call and no technician visited at my location, then again I contacted to Diakin support and reregistered my complaint, today finally after 15-20 days , technician visited at my home and I got to know that I had reviews defaulter Outdoor unit, PCV is not working, so my main question is from Flipkart and brand, should I stopped purchasing online? , you guys don’t give a quality products, I don’t want to replace PCB, I want to change my whole outdoor unit ASAP, I belongs to very middle class family, I have purchased this product after just because of trust on brand and Flipkart, I request you to kindly send someone immediately to house and replace the Outdoor unit. I am replacing this Outdoor unit because we have received default product, . It does not functioning as indicated by the manufacturer. my grandfather has admitted in the hospital so before his discharge I really need to solve this problem, I have ordered this only for him, as doctor advised, heat is not good for his health!
