There was a fraudulent Flipkart Grocery transaction tried by some Flipkart customer using my credit card on 16th April 2022.
I called Flipkart Cusromer care to check their system and let me know the account details of the person involved as this is a serious issue.
My card is a new card and no one knows about it and the same is stored in Flipkart payments section.
What if this is done to multiple customers and your payment system is not secure for storing card details or is being leaked purposefully?
Customer care executives didn’t respond at all or said we cannot do anything.
